It was two years ago in September that I shut down the Mind Wide Open challenge blog, after a fabulous two year run. I had stated in my last 2010 post that you never know, you might just see the blog again, (because I have learned to never say never LOL) and here I am, ready to ramp it back up again!
We'll be open for our first challenge Aug. 1, 2012 so that you can stretch your artistic wings and let your creativity fly!! The contest will run the first of every month, with a week for creating and a week for voting,

Wow, this is fabulous news! I participated in every single MWO challenge and it was amazingly fun. Loved the beautiful images and everyone's unique interpretations. Can't wait to see the first challenge! :)

I have left this page bookmarked for the last two years in hopes of the challenge returning. I have been clicking on the link occasionally, over the last two years, and getting the "not a member message". Imagine my delight when today the link worked!
I remember this, tho I was not a participant when it was open before. Time got me. But I'd love to try this time around. Thanks for bringing it back Gail!! Your challenge was the first time I ever heard the word "challenge" in relation to art.....what a wide ride it's been since then. Will pass the word around because I know so many people who did MWO with you!!
